Across a remarkable 50-year partnership, their determination and commercial expertise have created opportunities for artists, promoters, governments, venue owners and business partners.

Their experience spans establishing and operating public venues, with expertise in marketing and ticketing for entertainment, sporting, convention and exhibition events across Australia.

They began their amazing careers together at Color Radio 4IP in 1973.

Rod and Harvey are big news but also under the radar, they will present a fascinating insight into show business and big business so don’t miss out.

They were responsible for appearances as diverse as the Royal Shakespeare Company, Royal Ballet, Berlin Philharmonic, Moscow Circus, Bruce Springsteen and AC/DC.

They won the management contract for the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, which opened in 1986 with two sold-out weeks of Torvill & Dean.

Their portfolio grew to more than 20 major venue contracts worth $5 billion, employing 7,500 staff and generating $460 million in ticketing and catering turnover and $1.5 billion in annual economic impact.

They consulted in China and Hong Kong, including Beijing Olympic venues and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

In 2007, they established the International Sports Facilities Expo in Beijing with China’s national sports authority; Rod served as Deputy Commissioner-General.
